| | everything went smoothly in retaining InCorp as resident agent; in order to complete the online filing of Articles of Incorporation I needed the name of an authorized individual at InCorp and a quick phone call provided this; I now notice that there are less expensive services but from my experience thus far I am expecting that InCorp will handle this role professionally and, thus, I am well satisfied in selecting them

| | Email and phone were our form of contact. I returned the payment form to move y LLC from AZ to where I currently live and then never got a straight answer about how long it would take. Not even a ball park answer. If they have done this a time or 2 I should be able to get an answer. I then kept in touch using the previous emails. For a while no response at all. Then after about 3 months I finally get a response and Doug Pratt, the one I only dealt with since day one says that they never got my payment. .... Huh? He not only told me that they got the payment form but they'll start thte process. Did they charge me the fee under a different name? After so long ago and with a business sometimes it's hard to track.. Not all use same billing name and their site or company name.
No I could never in good conscience refer this company nor would I ever try again. i still have the initial emails and the payment form that sent to them
